If the problem is inside you, it’s a problem. Because when you tackle it, you tackle yourself by the same token. That is why it hurts so much when you try.
If you are inside the problem, you are experiencing the same problem!
You need to disembody this problem. Put it on the table in front of you. Dissociate from/with it.
Do not use expressions like “my problem” or “I have a problem”. Phrases like “I will deal with this situation” or “I am analyzing the situation” separate the problem from your self, thus allowing you to poke at it without hurting yourself in the process.
A simple recipe – but an effective one.
